Terms and Conditions for “MOETVEMBER” Promotion

 

    1. Eligibility: This promotion is open only to retail sales assistants who sell products directly to end customers through participating retail outlets. Independent sales representatives, online-only retail assistants, and non-sales staff are not eligible. Must be Retail Sales Only, not funded by NDIS, DVA or Home Care packages.

    1. Promotion Period: The promotion is valid from 01/11/2024 to 30/11/2024, after which sales will no longer qualify for the reward.

    1. Qualifying Sales: To qualify for the reward, a retail sales assistant must complete the sale of two (2) bidets of over $1000.00 RRP each to two different customers within the promotional period.

    1. Reward: Retail sales assistants who meet the qualifying sales requirement will be eligible to receive one (1) bottle of Moet & Chandon champagne (750ml). The reward is limited to one bottle per qualifying retail sales assistant during the promotion period, regardless of the number of bidet sales made in excess of the minimum requirement.

    1. Proof of Sale: Proof of sale should be submitted through the designated process outlined by the promotion organizer by 30/11/2024. To claim the reward, the proof of sale is that each sales assistant must log into the Intelicorp Trade Portal at https://intelicorp.com.au/  and complete the “Warranty” section, ensuring that all required fields are accurately filled out including the name of the “Sales Person” field.

    1. Reward Distribution: Upon verification of qualifying sales, the reward will be distributed by 13/12/2024. Distribution method and further details will be communicated directly to the qualifying sales assistants.

    1. Non-Transferability: The reward is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

    1. Limited Availability: Rewards are subject to availability. For this promotion a limit of 50 Bottles of Moet & Chandon champagne will be available.

    1. Disqualification: Any attempt to manipulate or falsify sales records or proof of sale will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion.

    1. Additional Conditions: The promoter reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the promoter’s decision will be final.
